The Quebec and Ottawa Valley Provincial Committee is an authorized provincial committee of the Air Cadet League of Canada. Its organizational structure spans the provincial, regional and local levels, and includes a provincial Board of Directors (BOD), 11 regional committees and 94 squadron sponsoring committees (SSCs). All members of provincial, regional and local teams must be QOVPC volunteer members in good standing, and have all been screened. The QOVPC currently has more than a thousand volunteer members throughout Quebec and the Ottawa Valley. Most of them work at the local level in one of our 94 SSCs.
Mission
To promote and encourage youth in Quebec and Ottawa Valley to develop and maintain an interest in the fields of leadership, aviation and citizenship, in partnership with the Canadian Armed Forces and the community.
